Is there a deposit required to book a rental? No, there is no deposit required to book. You simply give us a call and we will book your party rental. We do ask, however, that you are CERTAIN about your rental before you call us to book; we do not take the item off the books unless you are certain about your reservation. We do collect a deposit at the time of delivery, however it is a refundable damage/cleaning deposit that we only hold for the duration of your rental.   Are the quoted prices all inclusive? Yes, the rental rates are flat rates that include taxes, delivery and pick up charges. There are no other hidden fees.   How do I pay for my party rental? We accept payment upon delivery. Once we deliver there is NO refund.   How long do I get my party rental? Our prices are quoted for all day rentals for the day of your party. The allotted time is not set in stone, however the time you're allowed the rental will differ depending on the start time of your party.
