Is there a deposit required to book a rental?
No, there is no deposit required to book. You simply give us a call and we will book your party rental. We do ask, however, that you are CERTAIN about your rental before you call us to book; we do not take items off of the books unless you are certain about your reservation.
We do collect a $100 deposit at the time of delivery; however, it is a refundable damage/cleaning deposit that we only hold for the duration of your rental.Are the quoted prices all inclusive?
The rental rates are flat rates that include tax. The is a $25 delivery charge.How do I pay for my party rental?
Payment is due at the time of delivery. We are currently only set up to accept CASH payments. Once we deliver, there is NO refund.How long do I get my party rental?
Our prices are quoted for all DAY rentals for the day of your party. The allotted time is not set in stone, however the time you're allowed the rental will differ depending on the start and end time of your party. What about power?
Our bounce houses plug into a standard 110 volt household outlet. We will supply the cord, but we ask that nothing else be plugged into the same outlet we are using. Placement of the bounce house should be no more than 50 ft. from that outlet. If you would like to set up a bounce house at a park or somewhere further than 50 ft. away from a working outlet, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.Do I have the option of setting up on concrete?
Absolutely! The safest surface is a level, grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt or bark. Please specify when ordering what type of surface your rental will be on and we will make sure to utilize the proper anchors for your event.When should I reserve the unit I want?
Bounce houses are reserved on a first-come/first-serve basis. Popular units (dry and wet) book up 1-2 months in advance. The earlier you book, the more options you have to choose from. If you have a date in mind, please reserve as early as possible as there is not a deposit required. Should you want a bounce house and forgot to pre-book, we do take same-day reservations pending availability. What about tips?
Our delivery drivers are responsible for the physical labor of setting up the bounce house, cleaning it, taking it down, and reviewing rules and safety with our customers. If you feel the driver went above and beyond, or did an excellent job - our employees are allowed to accept tips at your discretion. What is your weather policy?
We reserve the right to cancel due to rain or high winds. We also give you the opportunity to cancel, free of charge, until the morning of your rental. If the sky is overcast or if there is a light rain with no wind, we can still set up our bounce houses. However, if you elect to proceed with the party, there is no refund once we have set the bounce house up.
